Terms of Use

These terms cover the PlayIt website and WhatsApp music service, run by Peacro Technologies Africa (Pvt) Ltd ("PlayIt", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms. Artists also accept the PlayIt Artist Terms when they register.

Using PlayIt

• Listen for your own enjoyment. Do not copy, record, resell or re-upload songs, or try to get around the way songs are delivered.
• Premium songs must be paid for. A premium purchase is for your personal listening.
• Do not misuse the service: no spam, no scraping, no attempts to break into accounts or systems.

Comments and likes

• Be respectful. No hate, threats, harassment, sexual content, personal information about others, adverts or links. We may hide or delete any comment, and block repeat offenders.
• You are responsible for what you write. By posting you let PlayIt show your comment on the artist's page.
• You can report a comment with the Report button. Three reports hide it until we review it.

Music and copyright

Artists tell us they own their songs or have cleared them. If you believe a song or image infringes your rights, email copyright@peacro.africa with the artist code, the song, and proof of ownership. We act quickly on valid complaints.

Tickets and events

• Events are organised by the artists or event owners listed on the page. PlayIt provides the booking and entry system.
• A free ticket or paid ticket admits the number of people shown, once. Keep your ticket code private.
• Paid tickets are not refundable, except when an event is cancelled. Contact the organiser or PlayIt about a refund for a cancelled event.
• Details such as date, time and venue may change. We try to tell ticket holders when they do.

Payments

Payments are processed by Peacro Pay. Prices are shown before you pay. Keep your payment reference in case you need help.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep PlayIt running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, PlayIt is not responsible for losses that come from using the service, from events run by others, or from content posted by users.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
